BBC iPlayer Triode plugin problem

My Triode BBC iPlayer plugin has stopped working. The programme listings display correctly but when trying to play a a programme I get The error message 'can't open file for (name of programme)' I've uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin to no avail. Has any one else experienced this problem? Does anyone know if there is a fix?
