Getting LMS to upsample 22.05kHz content and leave everything else untouched?

I've discovered that since I configured squeezelite to talk directly to my DACs rather than go through the mixer device, I can't take advantage of the OS upsampling when it came across 22.05kHz content, which is impacting a radio station I like to listen to, and nearly every YouTube video.

Is there a means of configuring LMS via a custom-convert.conf to invoke SoX to upsample 22.05kHz content to 44.1kHz, but to leave everything else at its native rate?
