It does indeed re-build them every day. But you wouldn't see those
re-builds, as they come with the same revision number.
New updates are only announced to you when there actually have been code
changes. These can be minor, or even only one of the recent translation
updates. But it would be a new build with a new build number, therefore
shown as an update.
