LMS not finding anything within iTunes library

I have LMS running on a PC that doesn't have iTunes installed, so I'm referencing the appropriate iTunes library file and the media directory. Unfortunately LMS is not finding *any* music at all.


After trailing this and other forums I've tried the following things (and got LMS to perform a rescan after each) to resolve the problem:
1. Tried with the "Use iTunes" checkbox enabled and disabled
2. For the "iTunes Music Library.XML Location" I've tried both "iTunes Music Library.xml" and "iTunes Library.xml"
3. For the "iTunes Media Folder" I've tried referencing all of the following:
"\\NAS1\Volume_1\iTunes Media\"
"\\NAS1\Volume_1\iTunes Media\Music"
"\\192.168.1.205\Volume_1\iTunes Media\"
"\\192.168.1.205\Volume_1\iTunes Media\Music"

I've tried all combinations of the above.

I've also tried a full uninstall and reinstall of LMS v7.7.2. My PC is running Win7.

The server log shows:

I can't think of anything to try. Does anyone has any suggestions? They would be much appreciated!
