mysqueezebox.com was unstable last night, so I reverted back to a local LMS running on my QNAP NAS.
It all works fine except when connecting to the LMS it says a newer SB Touch firmware version is available, forces the download and then reboots (ie. all normal so far!).
The problem is that it is actually forcing me to use an older firmware version than the one it was currently running.
It (from memory) is something like 7.7.1 and the 'newer' version is something like 7.6.8.
Presumably the LMS running on my QNAP has the older firmware bundled on it somewhere, so the question is:
Can I put the latest firmware on the LMS on the NAS somewhere and if so, how please?, or
Do I need to upgrade to the final LMS QPKG on the NAS in order to support the same firmware that mysqueezebox.com insists on running on the Touch please
