Execute script plugin

Need help with a possibly simple question. Is there any working plugin that allows to launch a script/batch file on the win7 server running lms7.7.2? I tried to add the URL for the executescript repository in the plugins setup page but nothing shows up, not even after a reboot.
Any pointer is appreciated. Thanks
