Upgrade from SBS 7.5.2 to LMS 7.7.2 - Erland's plugins

After a couple of years of not being brave enough to upgrade from SBS 7.5.2, I am considering a leap of faith to upgrade to LMS 7.7.2

Are there any issues that I need to be aware of re Erland's various plugins? In particular, I've done a lot of work to set up a lot of bespoke custom scans. Will everything be preserved after the upgrade?
