LMS7.7.2 video media scan doesn't descend into subdirectories

No need to mess with the code before checking the permissions. In 99% of
all "scanner doesn't scan this folder" issues it's permissions. Maybe
slightly less than 99%, but still.

And then you might want give a minimum information like your OS,
scanner.log etc.
