No end of issues after upgrading to 7.8.0...
This one prevents me from opening large playlists.
One of my playlists has ~1300 tracks in it. Opening it will always cause LMS to freeze at 100% Cpu load, even dropping connections to all squeezeboxes.
After some testing, it seems that any playlist with less than 1000 items will work, larger ones will crash.
The server log throws copious amounts of "too many open files" warnings and errors, suggesting lms tries to open every single file during load?
I'm no expert and couldn't find much on the topic, but I suspect my qnap TS-409 only supports 1024 open files. And no, rebooting the nas to force all files closed didn't help.
Lms 7.5.1 was much slower, but it didn't have problems with my large playlists.
What can I do about this?
